Guy came to Salesforce from the other side of it. Before Lanvale he was in commercial real estate at CBRE and Realterm, building the Salesforce orgs his own teams ran on rather than advising anyone else on theirs. He started Lanvale in 2018, and he still builds: Era, our license-audit app, came out of watching companies pay renewal after renewal for licenses nobody was using.
Two places, one team
Maryland handles delivery and client relationships. Mexico City handles engineering. We chose that split on purpose: one time zone, the same standups.
